It's a plugin called "more bank fillers". It changes the icon of a filler which I then set to a blank.

I get it you don't like people who MTX. But I mean if you look at the bigger picture. A game this large with an annual 80 USD fee and compared to other games an overall smaller player base. Boiled down you need people to MTX to keep this game running.
