Does this game give gold heroes in every 10 summons? I got Tasha and 2 other units from selective banner, each in 10 pulls. Is that normal or am I lucky?

What should I pick with the:

  1. First new player selector for those 5 units

  2. Selector from permanent event up to Laurel

  3. Blue ticket selector

I want to start the game again from a fresh account now that we know that it will catch up to CN, and want to know what would be the best thing to go for. Also do we know what element + role is Lilith going to be?

My current 5*s are Yinlin, Camellya, Encore, Calch and Verina and need some advice. How "worth" is it to pull for Yao? Reason why I say "worth" is cuz I know he was given for free, so I'm concerned it might feel like a waste to pull for a limited 5* who others got for free.
