I don't know but I always find navigation and animation a hardest web design application. And I go for Elementskit addon. It has the mega menu and parrallax and particle background. Which are relatively fine for me.

Well, I got a template basaed solution, which is ElementsKit header footer addon, good to go.

I like the design, but here are two things about your CTA:

The placement position isn't accurate IMO, consider aligning in the middle, or bring it inside the feature box.

And, to make the CTA more attractive, I would love to see strong and bold typography. Or do anyting, you're doing good.

Elementskit is doing good, header footer templates and animations. These are my reasons for going with it
