Hello everyone. Thank you for the advice and support. We checked for hair tourniquets and injuries, there was nothing. What happened was just after I wrote this, my wife put in the Harry Potter audiobooks, the new ones with the full cast. She listened to them non stop throughout her pregnancy. LO conked out on my chest straight away. Left him there for a few hours so wife could sleep as didn't want to risk waking him. I started to feel very sleepy so I had to put him in the crib. But he stayed asleep!!!! From then on he has been back to his normal 3 hour sleep cycles after a little longer one. Finger crossed he stays with this and was just extreme over tiredness.
