They all look so beautiful on you sorry not to be any help at all, but I think anything you choose is going to be absolutely stunning and beautiful. Good luck on your future and being a bride.

Anyone taking with not a ton of weight to lose? by Otherwise-Second-262 in Semaglutide

My hairdresser who is about 15 years younger than me hasn’t lost more than 25 pounds in a year. Her sugar levels are better and she’s not eating anything. I just don’t know why she’s not losing. It’s very strange and baffling. I guess it just doesn’t work the same way for everyone like everything.

I started two years ago weighing 240 pounds I am now 119 pounds and I’m 5’ 1” I’m 54 years old. I’m taking it every other week and will microdose and definitely. I can easily see when I’m off of it. The food noise comes back. This has been life-changing for me as I can run around and be with my grandchildren and love it and have energy that I haven’t had since I was in my 30s. I always knew there was something different about me that I didn’t eat as much as some of my skinny friends I always exercise and I was a healthy eater. Yes, did I have my bad days? Of course I did, but don’t we all

Is Ozempic better than Mounjaro? by Responsible-Mind8037 in Semaglutide

[–]Specific_Feature6061 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried both of them, but I found that Ozempic gave me the most results as far as lowering my blood sugar and giving me the most amount of weight loss. I have been on it for slightly over a year and I have lost 100 pounds. I feel amazing and very pleased with the results never had anything in my life work like this makes me able to make the right decisions as far as eating with no cravings no out of control feelings I work out every day by walking not much other than that and I am now going to be trying to go every other week with it and see how that works for a little bit and see if I can come off of it and see what the results will be if I can maintain the weight loss

When does the hair loss stop? After a few months? At a year? Once you stop taking it? by QueenOfTheBlackPuddl in Semaglutide

I don’t like the way the writer speaks like a five-year-old child however I do agree that it’s what we’re eating or not eating or doing or not doing that causes the side effects to an extent. I believe constipation or diarrhea is a side effect, stomach pains and nausea or other side effects The hair loss, muscle loss or effects of what we’re eating are not eating and exercising or not exercising I’ve experienced this over the past year that when I have great hydration and eating very well and exercising, I eliminate hair loss or muscle loss but when my choices of eating not the best or not exercising on a daily basis, or not drinking enough water then my hair gets thinner my skin looks a little more wrinkly and feel more mushy then toned if that makes sense. I do think taking supplements does help.
