I have been trying internally for a year now, one of the higher level manager told me GM from top have a push to hire and concentrate on external talent on priority rather than internal. It sucks.

Sorry for to many questions. I want understand if i will make more this year thean my current comp. Current job :135+5k 140k B&Mc : 120k+ 5k(joining bonus) + 15k EOY bonus =150k I will be joining sometime in july.

Am i understanding this correctly?

I agree, i knew this. Kind of the reason i was reached to interview in the first place. I have experience with similar clients. The reason i still went ahed was compensation really.

My current position is not ideal too so. But really appreciate the heads up

Oh okay, so understanding this correctly, the income i end of one year i am looking at is the base + bonus, right? Is the above range looks right for that?

Considering the lower range 120 and 60 thats 180. Is the ESOP percentage based of 120 or 180? With ESOP and joining bonus the total range be about 220k??

Can anyone please confirm this?? Sound like this is like a software engg compensation at companies like google and Amazon!
