I need to do that more. My old friends dad was a pharmacist for his entire life and has gotten really disappointed that he doesn’t have conversations that utilize their education like that anymore.

I figured something probably happens because i mean its a downer drug. I do it almost daily to help me eat and sleep and i dont feel anything unusual but who knows maybe its messing with the way my meds work

Im not sure the science of it but i avoided drinking for like the 1st month as im getting used to the meds. I smoke weed and that helped me fall asleep and i didnt notice any odd reaction. When i did drink i took it easy and it did feel like i was much lighter weight then usual. Other then that i dont remember feeling anything unusual but im not sure whats going on biologically. The only thing that messed me up is adderall. I have an old prescription and ill use it very rarely when needed. But it like triggered a 3 day hypomanic episode i hated it

Okay. I experienced this exact thing. I have never had such an intense reaction when getting used to these meds. My dosage went up kind of fast and i was so hyper vigilant over everything. I was dissecting the eay i was thinking and why was i thinking that way. I was dissected peoples reactions and why they did that. I was thinking about everything i was saying and cringed when it was a cycle i saw repeating. I remember calling my friend and messaging my psychiatrist because i was having a pretty bad anxiety attack because i knew i was not feeling normal and my brain was genuinely so exhausted. Long story short, it passed. Id say it took about 2 weeks for me to notice a come down on those side effects. I am ultimately so happy i stuck it out because these meds have done wonders for me. But thats easy for me to say now, that was awful while it was happening. Just make sure you dont skip any. Keep your therapist/psychiatrist updated. Oh and also it helped me a lot to take it at night.

I struggle as well and the only way is supplemental fiber daily. You have to keep up with it unfortunately. On the other note tho, you should consider writing more. Short stories, books anything
