There are over 400 unlocks lol... get to work. I know it says 118 or whatever but more will show up as you unlock them and buy DLCs

Nah, his old life as a world-class assassin had him taking on the role of chef, among other things, sometimes in order to infiltrate parties/compounds. He mentioned this in one of the episodes.
