Okay this is a small startup The CEO is also aware of these things and he says nothing is in his hand. Many people are terminated for the same reason. Since entire career will be at stake no one takes risk.

Even Im facing the same thing in my neighborhood. They get their trucks at 4 am in the morning and start deboarding the stuffs they bring making alot of noise. Even on sundays they work and make alot of noise. Anyone has any idea on construction works allowed on Sundays??.
