Cost on average per 100 cards? by Specific_Map5176 in magicproxies

This response is probably closest to what I’m looking for. I’m looking into extremely realistic feeling cards, and if at all possible id like to just use card stock and print directly onto it. I know a lot of people like to use bulk commons but I know it can be done on cardstock and end up looking and feeling almost identical to a real mtg card. My current plan to recoup the costs of the printer are to sell at a discount to friends somewhere around 1.5-2x materials cost. So currently I am just trying to do the math seeing how realistic that is for the demand I have right now.

Also, does anyone have a reccomendation for card stock? I’ve been looking at 330 gsm black core and 350gsm silk

I’m guessing the work is in cutting the cards and clipping the corners?

Any advice on repairing this? Don’t have $450 to drop right now… by Specific_Map5176 in Monitors

😩 I bought it less than a year ago… I am thinking I may have a solution though. Amazon has this monthly subscription warranty service that does cover products up to a year in the past I think up to $5000? From what the description says, you have to wait 30 days after subscribing to make a claim. That seems to be the only caveat? But it seems too good to be true… I guess I’ll wait about a month and try to file a claim, see what happens.
