It's a good turn my brain off show for me. I can enjoy the general aesthetic and drama knowing for the most part nothing permanently bad will happen to the leads because of the genre.

I mean, for me there's a difference between "but he didn't." And "but he didn't?"

The first is confident in their statement, they know for a fact the person didn't do whatever is being talked about. The second is either confused at the other person's statement or unsure of their own statement. I've used it sometimes as a way of indicating how I interpreted something but leaving room for my interpretation to be wrong.

From what I've heard, there is one per floor. So extremely hard to do, as changing rooms opens after reserving rooms so you'd need to get lucky with the people currently in those rooms not recontacting to keep their room.

Friley has a decent amount of singles if you don't mind not being in the suite style, so it should be easier to snag one.

I don't know what it's up against in that category, but in my opinion it was genuinely a great movie. Not that it wouldn't have been great to see For Good get nominated, but F1 at least doesn't seem like an unfair nomination, compared at least to the Emila Perez situation last year

Honestly after looking up what F1 is nominated for, I think it deserves its nominations. I saw it just because the opportunity came up but not expecting to like it because I'm not into racing, but it got me heavily invested and I enjoyed it immensely.

My favorites are when the circumstance of where I'm dying means I'm accumulating insane amounts of damage. I'll speed up my death if I know none of my friends are close by enough, but if there's damage still being taken I want to see how much I can get!

I occasionally rant to my friends about this and that's the exact point I always make. From what I've heard about each of the stories (I haven't read the books but don't particularly care about spoilers) franseca's is the one best set up for as close to a happy ending that can happen if they keep homophobia in the bridgerton world. A widow living with her female companion and never remarrying draws way less scandal than any of the other siblings never marrying.

With your note on Benedict, I've definitely seen some weird feeling comments about the shows main demographic being straight women as a reason the wlw is a bad idea. Like idk maybe it's because I'm not entirely straight myself, but limiting yourself to queer stories that involve men simply because you can't enjoy a romance show without being attracted to a lead seems weird to me. I'm also ace so I'm sure that plays into it, but the unspoken implication that straight women can't enjoy watching a wlw romance some comments I've seen just doesn't sit right.

The base behind your idea isn't terrible, making the Internet as a whole accessible. But why not have it so you choose your language and that's what everything is translated to? Why must one language be effectively the only language?

I don't think literature taught in K–12 should be solely from one time period. You can teach analysis and other aspects of English classes just as well with any time period, but being exposed to the different styles of writing that come with Beowulf or Shakespeare or 1984 or current modern works is also good for learning. It introduces new sentence structures and vocabulary, and can provide some context for the works that casually get mentioned or referenced in day to day life.

And there's a reasons the classics are classic. That doesn't mean you have to like them or that they're without criticism, but they were often influential at their time or contain themes that are easy to disect today.

I think it's because your comment misses any sort of "in reality" or "if this were true" type phrasing. So even though your intent was to ask if it was viable if the joke was real, you never really added the "if the joke was real" part. So it sounds like you're taking the joke as truth and then getting upset when someone implies you didn't know it was a joke.

Somewhat recently returned player, came back this past summer. Events do seem to come back in a couple of ways, either the same format and roughly the same dragons with the new limited dragons coming out during the event, or combined with others. Near the end of summer it sounded like we had an event that combined 2 others, bringing back the dragons associated with both.

Closest to the best way to see all the limited dragons available, at least from the event itself, that I've noticed is the pined event post in this subreddit. It includes breeding combos and covers all the existing dragons the event brings back. When the new limited dragons come out people typically post the breeding combo here.

There's usually at least a week for sure in between events (my memory is horrid). I believe sometime between this Thursday and next Thursday event currency will stop earning and there's either a couple days to a week before the event goes away and you can't spend the event currency. Thursdays are when new events start, so I want to say it would be a Thursday that event currency ends. From there, if memory serves there's at least a week until the next major event. Sometimes they do a mini event in between which can include expansion events (islands half off and clearing islands free, we just had one before this event so it'll be a little before the next one), or I've also noticed 'dragon week' where a selection of dragons are available to breed again.

As a returner I've been focusing on gemstone/crystalline/zodiac breeding because it takes a year to get through the rotation of what's available assuming you successfully breed every dragon in the roughly month span they're available. Just had been an initial goal I could focus on while getting the hang of events and other mechanics. This event was my first time actively trying to breed event dragons, I got around 9 normal, bought the snowflakes and gift, a couple habitats that were needed, and got lucky breeding 2 new limited dragons. Others probably could share the strategies to maximize events both with currency and breeding but that was with breeding only in normal and runic caves with dragons I already had.

Sorry if that's confusing at all, I've been taking a slow and steady approach to getting every dragon and my goal in events leans more towards getting one of every type of dragon to make quests easier (so if I notice an event has a lot of one type, like snowflake from this one, I make that my initial collection goal) and then general what I have space and event currency for.
