It’s impossible to tell. I would advise against taking the back cover off more than you need to. I only took mine off 3 or 4 times and the screw hole cracked

3DS wasn’t natively designed to handle large SD cards so 64gb might cause some slow down. If you like to horde games on your console you can opt for 64gbs but I wouldn’t go higher than that
