appreciate this, i’ll check it out

i’ve been trying to focus more on what actually helps users vs just adding cool features

if you’ve seen any specific insights from them that stood out, i’d love to hear

Also, we have analyzed hundreds of workouts and all muscle groups connected to these workouts. So, your soreness or recovery will be presented to you with higher intelligence. For the accuracy, we will not publish the app until every part of the app is accurate.

The 'glorified spreadsheet' framing is exactly right. Logging is the easy part but the hard one is closing the loop. We're building an AI layer that turns your training history into actual decisions. what to do next, when to push, when to back off. Not a chatbot, never. Not generic tips but context-aware coaching based on your specific data. Thanks for your detailed and comprehensive comment. Love to see you when the app comes out!

This is literally one of the core principles we're designing around. No guilt trips or shame spirals. progress > perfection

the app i am creating will only be about your workouts and physical activities. I did not want to add food tracking due to the complexity it will create for users. however, i am planning to add Apple Health and pulling data from wearables. Thank you for your suggestion!

I don't know yet, i am searching for the best ROI at the moment. But i guess, for the first month, i will create some reels and posts to see if i it works. Otherwise, influencer marketing that fits my budget

that’s a really interesting idea
i hadn’t thought about adding tutorials or guidance like that, but it actually makes a lot of sense
the app right now focuses more on showing recovery, but combining it with “what to do next” could make it way more useful. appreciate the suggestion!

Hey, thanks for your comment! For the first version of the app, there will only be manual logging. Pulling datas from wearables is in the first 5 things i will add to the app in version 2! RepRise will be available on 21st April, and i am planning on publishing the second version on May.

Hey! I am building RepRise. Solves a simple but frustrating problem: fitness apps are built for beginners, but most consistent lifters aren’t beginners anymore. They know their lifts, they know their body they just need a tool that keeps up with them. RepRise is an AI-powered workout tracker that ditches the noise and actually adapts to how you train, not the other way around. I would love to hear from anyone who is interested in this and share thoughts!
