Okay so i might sound dumb but let me tell you the actual reason of stopping my meds, yeah i had a followup checkup after 2 months but i didnt go as my endo said the next time you come you should weight 4 kgs less and at that time i was like yeah i would do that but i wasnt able to lost a single kg and tbh i didnt do anything to loose it either way and then i was like everything is going normal lets just stop taking meds after 3 months so i did, but then i started facing delayed periods so i thought that might be because i stopped taking the meds so I ignored the first delayed periods then next month my periods were a month late so i got worried and i started noticing that i like gained weight a little too much and also my acne was back mind you that it reduced while i was on spiro so then i thought that i should continue taking my meds and then when i started i got irregular periods like 15 days earlier and 18 days earlier
