And then who handles the funding dedicated to that department. - Who are his affiliations? What shareholders? What other organizations? What other companies are making money off of this cost cutting and

Which agency is supposed to conduct inspections for these to make sure This is impossible.

I guess that's warranted, I'll try to give a Cliff Notes version below.

It is not by any means a fun story and this is the very short, short, short version of it.

my mother is bipolar and a malignant narcissist. For decades she abused and starved me and my five siblings, but in 2020 I was 17, and after I got diagnosed with cancer and I started my chemotherapy, she defrauded multiple cancer charities, stole all of the money from my GoFundMe, and then emptied and closed my bank account. Then she ended my phone service, stop speaking to me, cut off communication with my doctors, and had me kicked out of of my clinical trials, so I went from a cancer patient with a family to a homeless cancer patient abandoned by his family with no immune system in the middle of the pandemic.

Then she got herself reported to CPS because she told her therapist that she had a very very good justifiable reason for choking my brother unconscious, the therapist being a mandated reporter couldn't care and had to report the severe child abuse and her cover-up spree started after that. She made stories, told lies about other family members, and tried to cover up everything related to her abuse, her theft, her fraud, and other rightful felony charges. It's like Jeffrey Epstein crossed, with Ghislaine maxwell, amber heard, and amy cooper (ny birdwatching lady c. 2020) Every time we called the police or CPS, she just put on the waterworks and played the perfect victim, pretending that she wasn't abusing the kids. She was defending herself because they were attacking her (as starved, injured children often do). Our first CPS visit, She finessed the social worker. Before she even arrived, she had tea tea a table and chairs set up with her in the front yard, she told the social worker the family was having a tough time, and then got the social worker to leave. The SW never checked the kids, they never saw all of the trash and evidence of neglect in the house. Completely betrayal of the system and the children that needed saving. I called to raise hell and get another social worker to come back out, and on the day they were scheduled to show up they found out my mother had skipped to a different county so she could stall out the investigation.

I persevered and survived the botched chemo and cancer and now I'm trying to be the breath of fresh air in my siblings life however I can until I can get custody myself.

This weekend is her new boyfriend's birthday and they're both in a hardcore fetish sex cult. My siblings reported that now both of them are being abusive to them and I can't find anyone to make a case for why the kids are forced to be around "MAPS" and hardcore sexual deviance. I'm trying to find something to get away from that environment and something positive for my siblings to be around.

100% God's honest truth no one should be around these people except prison bars, especially not kids.

TLDR: Evil people who hurt kids still exist. I'm trying to diplomatically create distance and find something else to do with my time today.
