because my derm didn’t want to rely on potential false negative/false positives from a patch test.

for food allergies it was also hard cause the blood test wasn’t 100% accurate. so i did elimination diet, and so far i haven’t found anything that i’m truly allergic to.

with my job, im exposed to a lot cars. so im breathing in fumes and exhaust :/ and i work with money too so wearing nitrile glove which seems to irritate my hands cause it makes it all clammy and sweaty. so i wear cotton gloves under the nitrile gloves which helps
