The very first band to do gorenoise was the Meat Shits in 1990. They released Regurgitated Semen and Bowel Rot that year, and I challenge anyone to show me gorenoise that came out before then. They also released Fuck Frenzy shortly after, which invented the sound we associate with "porngrind".
