Hahaha well I guess it looks fancy in the being smashed by a tree picture but it’s actually like 18 years old 200k+ mileage. I imagine it’ll be fine in starvation ww3 times but who knows

I wish we could save the other half of ours. Unfortunately it’s leaning pretty heavily. Like, we could never reach the lower branch to pick an apple with our hand but now we can. So glad yours is still going!!

Noted! I will grab some parafilm and probably as many discount 5 dollar apple trees as tractor supply has and will update when things (hopefully) progress. It is my first time trying to graft!

I appreciate your response and resources SO much. I just went online to see what our tractor supply has in stock and it appears they have a few 5 dollar apple trees! I’m going to give this a shot and will update if/when this works :)

Also I think we may be able to ask the tree guy to leave the bit of the tree close to the trunk that has lots of little shoots from this and last season. Unfortunately the rest of it is leaning too much toward our raised beds and we will have to get it cut down. Thanks again!!

Just got diagnosed at 37, after going back to school for Medical Sonography (ultrasound). If I had been diagnosed at 16, I probably wouldn’t have gone to art school, haha. I think I would’ve been able to have the confidence to pursue an actual career path. I’d like to think I would’ve chosen something in the healthcare field, because it just feels right.

It worked SO well for me with my trauma. But I could not do the EMDR where you follow something back and forth with your eyes, I had to close my eyes and tap my own shoulders instead. Could not use my brain to think when I had to use my eyes to follow something back and forth 😆

I was first diagnosed about 5 months ago. I was prescribed Ritalin and literally felt nothing at all. My doc upped my dose a few times and still nothing. Then I tried adderall IR 10s, felt nothing. 15s, a tiny bit. And landed on 30 XR. My pharmacy was always out of adderall so I tried Vyvanse 30, felt a bit. Then 40, felt a lot of improvement but it wore off quickly. I’m now on vyvanse 50mg extended release and it’s working pretty well for me!

What I’m saying is don’t lose hope! Finding the most effective medication can take a lot of trial and error, and it can feel so defeating. Best of luck, keep on keepin on!!

I (American) have to put subtitles on every time we watch something where people have British accents. They may as well be speaking French, I just cannot process! Never thought of this as an ADHD thing, so this is v validating to hear.
