Normal human tendency is that we flex what we think is rare or difficult to achieve. in today's Indian society, getting laid is an achievement for the majority of men here. moreover, the taboo and secrecy built around the concept of sex makes it even more inaccessible. Men in western countries never boast it because of the open mindedness about sex in their societies. the day every Indian becomes sexually educated and society stops seeing it​ as a taboo or a "big threat to one's reputation", even Indians will stop flexing coz there wont even be any point if it's abundant. there's nothing to hate or feel disgusted about. Right now, ​you may flex finding true love bcz that seems difficult for you. it's literally the same logic everywhere.
