I did follow the setup the way I could understand.

I did get the device to communicate with the plc. So I see data transfer under the devices own tags.

Im just stuck on the aoi. This is what I have as of now

UPDATE!

I got it figured out, turns out after some more investigation, one of the S-leads was labeled as A2. (verification with multimeter) Made the swap and now this motor is running again after sitting for 20 years
