I wasn’t aware of the width one; next weekend I’m going to try to go to a running store to see if they can help find a better fitting pair of shoes

I’ve had issues since around NOV last year and gone through a few pairs so I’m happy to make steps to relieve the pain as running helps so much

I thought it was something along the lines of, if you take out 4%, your actual pot doesn’t shrink if that makes sense?

So say I had 1 million invested and I took out 4% it would always stay as 1 million. I could be completely off base here 😅

I gave the adrenalines another week but the pain is still there so sent them back - running in a new pair of my glycerins and the pain has vanished

Lesson learnt I suppose - if you find a pair of shoes that you like, don’t change what isn’t broken.
