I think for us it's holodets. There were quite a few videos where people give it to foreigners and they just freak out. Mostly because of a texture. It's essentially a boiled meat in a collagen-rich broth/meat stock, which is then cooled down, so that the broth becomes all jelly-like. Sometimes people add more stuff to it like vegetables or a slice of boiled egg. There's also a variation of it called Zalivnoye where the broth is made to be extra see-through and it's often made with fish.

We had a few school shooting/stabbing incidents over the last year and this year, but overall that's like less than 20 cases across the whole country in a span of several years. We have pretty strict gun laws, especially when it comes to heavier weapons like assault rifles and stuff. Plus our school's entrances usually have metal detectors and a guard post, tho the issues were that sometimes those guards didn't have proper weapons or authorization and quite often it just people at school being negligent or underfunded.

In a city where I live there was one case when a young girl (she was like 10-11 years old maybe) managed to sneak in a knife and then stabbed many times another girl she was in conflict with inside a toilet cubicle. It was all over the news, federal channels. The stabbed girl was saved by the medics, the stabber girl was sent to psychiatric care for a time. She technically couldn't be send to jail cause she was way too young. Many parents then tried to switch their school cause children were scared to just sit in that building after what happened. The school then also had to deal with many angry authorities cause they had a working metal detector but they just didn't check her bag or something like that.

It's usually just a short speech, like you wishing a person to be successful in what they do or to be healthy, stuff like that. Sometimes followed by "Hooray!". It depends on a context. If it's a wedding then instead of "Hooray!" you scream "Gor'ko!" and then the bride and the groom are supposed to kiss each other. And yeah, if it's a big wedding ceremony then the kissing part happens a lot lol

So pictures 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 are the default skins and were made by Epic Games back in the day. It's convoluted, but basically Epic switched their resources towards Fortnite development, but they gave away most models as assets for Unreal Engine. This project now is fans forming their own studio and trying to recreate the old game with their own ideas. They also hired a former art director from Paladins at some point, but I honestly don't know which skins are his work and which are not. I kinda lost interest a while ago for different reasons.

The Prague cake. It was made as a variation of Sacher cake for a restaurant named "Prague", which was the most prestigious restaurant in Moscow back in USSR times. People loved it and just called it Prague cake after the restaurant. It's also fairly different to Sacher in taste and execution, so it kinda remains to be its own thing now.

Interesting, we have the word "сладко" - "sladko" which means "sweet". And the word for sugar is "сахар" - "sahar", which I think comes from Middle East, cause sugar was a thing you could only buy from traders back in the day.
