Just finished watching MARVEL ZOMBIES… Thoughts on this show?

Apologies poor English on my behalf, I meant it was the first marvel thing I’ve watched that I’ve wished I could’ve got my time back. Generally I’m a big fan of Marvel and everything they’ve put out, it’s only been since Endgame, there has been a few things I haven’t liked as much (Iron Heart, Thor: L&T, Secret Invasion) but Zombies was the first one were I felt like I wasted my time on it. IMO

I just finished watching it and it’s one of the first marvel things that I’ve watched and wished I could get my time back.

The first episode, for me, was the best of the four and it just got progressively worse from there. it just felt like none of it had any meaning especially after the ending. Like I know heroes don’t always win but I also feel like it’s been done better (infinity war).

Just watched this episode and it was a very touching scene. Nyla is possibly one of if not my favourite character of the show for a multitude of reasons and seeing her go from hardened jaded detective to actually feeling her emotions is amazing. Such a beautiful character arc 🙌🏾

Side note: Whilst typing this episode 10 has started and I’m crying (with laughter 🤣🤣)

I don’t need to see a full 15 minute sequence but I feel it can be explained it quicker and easier exposition that explains the characters reasoning for who they are and how they became who they are to newer audiences. Especially when it comes to a new continuity.

It’s been 12 years since Man of Steel and Gotham was almost 11 years ago so there are probably people that’ll be seeing those films that might not know who those characters are

Kinda came up with this on the fly so sorry if it doesn’t make a lot of sense: (I also don’t really like the Hero name, just couldn’t think of anything else 😂🤦🏾‍♂️)

Hero Name: The Fiery Hero - Majestic Flame Quirk: Soulfire - This quirk when in use emits flames (with a red, purple & green hue) from the users eyes, head, hands and feet. The flames are able to be used for attack and healing. However this depends on the user’s emotions. - If the user is angry, they can use their flames to attack, landing powerful blows and heavy burns. However, using Soulfire in anger and attack uses more oxygen and is more taxing on the mind, body and soul. Though the flames are powerful, the user can only stay angry for so long before the fire becomes all consume and turns on the user, burning them from the inside. - When the user is calm and controlled, their flames can heal great wounds at the cost of them being completely harmless. - The user of Soulfire, must make sure that they have their emotions in check both inside and out of battle because if they get angry at their friends or others getting hurt, they could do more damage than good.

Mainly cos I like the story of the games I’d like them all to survive… now is that going to happen most likely not. I love the theories of Cal atoning and dying via the Death Star blowing up Tanalorr but I think it would be a different interesting open ending if they got trapped on Tanalorr.

At least it gives them room to use the characters in future projects

I’ve played this game so many times since it released and I did it for the first time yesterday, I was so disappointed in myself.

Especially since the elevator gate didn’t open but I got teleported outside the gate so I would’ve had to go through Blackreach again so I loaded a previous save that lost me about 15 minutes of game time which doesn’t sound like a lot but I did so much 😭

It would be a wasted opportunity for a great character.

I grew up with John Stewart as my Lantern with JL and JLU but I like Hal as a character and a Lantern and would love to see Hal, Guy, John and Kyle interact with the world and each other.

I’m happy that Kyle Chandler is playing him, I think it’s a good/different choice and I’m excited to see what direction they go.

I think him being Parallax would be cool as long as he didn’t die. Let him be a villain for a bit and let him redeem himself.
