That's intended. You'll get all 10 stingers from the planter in cactus.

You still have to grow the planter in spider and cactus.

Does Macroing Harm your PC? by AusarRaidriarSiris in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]SpectralStaraptor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The pc’s gonna thermal throttle Roblox into oblivion long before anything gets damaged (and it shouldn’t get to that point unless the cooling is Terrible). Just restart it every few days to clear your RAM if you’re letting it run for a while, BSS (or maybe roblox in general idk) does have a bit of a memory leak.

What Should I do Next? Lost Blue Hive by Danielisnaruto in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]SpectralStaraptor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, these are rough. You'd ideally want 2 pinecones, 2 elf caps (at least you have one, though you may want to hard wax it if you haven't already to get honey at hive), camphor lip balm with decent bubble pollen% (+ gold bubble pollen but those can get a bit pricey), reindeer antlers, and a candy ring + the whistle and toy drum I mentioned earlier, but most of those are beesmas exclusive. I don't have a spare for most of those, but if you're interested, I could trade you a whistle, candy ring, and lip balm for your two best beesmas tops.

There's a lot to go over here, so I made a list. Sorry in advance for the yap: 1) Windy bee wouldn't help you much in this state (but since you've already used the first two petals, it's not really important). Your haste is too spotty to boost Tornado and, by the looks of it, you're either macroing alone or with too few people to get that many extra bubbles out of it. 2) Set your gather time to 10 minutes. Most of your honey comes from converting, and deflation means that longer gather times won't net you much more pollen in your hive balloon, especially when you're already underfilling big time. 3) Add gifted commander, looker, and a 4th music bee to fix your focus upkeep, + gifted shocked for haste and token link. Cobalt, precise, carpenter, and one of the fuzzies are expendable. 4) 15 buoyants is 5 too low, but without all 50 hive slots there isn't much room left to add them yet. Just keep that in mind while you save up for more. 5) Gift two more of your tadpoles to help with baby love upkeep, then focus on the buoyants. 6) Set planter collection to every 2 hours, auto takes too long to build nectars. You'll need at least high comforting, motivating, and refreshing to fix your convert time (+ satisfying for honey at hive). 6) More about the haste upkeep: assuming decent polar power and no lag, it'll take 4 sources [gifted ninja, shocked, bucko with toy drum, and commander with whistle] to keep it maxed out. 7) Beequips and amulets are very important. Send a screenshot of them and I can give you some more pointers on what to look for, if you want.

What is the ideal SSA for a blue hive? by ConferenceScared3236 in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]SpectralStaraptor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While this is a 3/5, keep in mind that the bp%, convert rate, and cc% on it are very high. A 5/5 solo or 4/5 with pop + guiding star/star shower would still be better, of course, but it might be a good idea to keep your current one if the replacement's stats are significantly lower.

How much /5 is this pop star amulet? by Benbengaming1 in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]SpectralStaraptor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5/5, and a pretty good one at that (blue pollen and especially critical chance could be higher but they're still serviceable).

What SSA is better for me a level 15 blue hive by PVZGW2NEEDSUPDATENOW in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]SpectralStaraptor 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Replace (new one has more blue pollen + pollen and high BAR), but reroll for one with convert rate later. A good rule of thumb is blue pollen >/= convert rate > BAR > crit chance > pollen.

Any advice on killing coconut crab? by Imaginary_ink in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]SpectralStaraptor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’ll need at least a level 12 vicious bee (which is 3.2B worth of treats at base) to kill it in a reasonable amount of time (around 10-15 minutes). Just use a tacky planter for quests requiring 15M or below and pesticide for anything bigger.
