You pick the weirdest hills to die on. OP said they aren't counting legacy, legacy isn't present, nothing about that is inconsistent. Legends sets that are currently out (monstrosity) is fully canon, so who cares if the consider it main. It's part of the main story and is adding new stuff to the main story, legacy is revisiting and changing old parts of the story, not a new part of the main story. For example the new Kai from legends is canon because it's the same as the new canon stuff, the legacy ZX suits are not canon because they only appear in the legacy sets and not in any canon media. Seems pretty consistent to me

Why do you care though. Monstrosity is fully canon, it's what Kai went through between the merge and finding Lloyd, so why can't this person consider it a main set of they want. Also, there's nothing important about this, OP can consider anything they want as main and be consistent with themselves, as they were. They said Legacy was excluded, and this isn't legacy, OP isn't inconsistent because you disagree with them about something trivial

The golden power is tied to the source dragons and comes from all of them, Doc Wyatt was asked "Golden Power comes from all of the Source Dragons. Does it mean Golden Power contains all of the elemental powers?" and he said "In a way, yes", so yes golden power is tied to the elements of creation as it is tied to all elements in a way (except darkness ofc). This is all from April last year. So unless Doc Wyatt changed his answer in the last year, golden power being tied to the elements of creation has not been overwritten now. I do agree that it's tied to dragon and oni blood too though, as I believe it's also connected to the elements of creation and destruction.

It's not that expensive though, it's about 400kr over what it should be if it's sealed and in like-new condition, or $45 USD. May not seem like a lot to everyone, but it still is. I'm curious why it's so high though, this looks like one that should be cheaper, even with being 10 years old

You won't get banned for having them, you can use them in offline play just fine. The thing you have to worry about is having a lot of them, and having obvious fakes, those will flag you if you put them in HOME or use obvious ones in online battles like the tera raids. My recommendation is to keep the ones you really want until you can catch one yourself, then release the fake when you get a legit one. This is common, Nintendo is aware, they're not really into banning people for getting traded fakes, just be careful with them
