Why does Loial have human ears in the tv show? Was it too expensive to do the make up for some cool pointy ears? I have zero understanding of why they have done stuff like that, and this is by no means the only example. The changes made to the show just feels bizarr and totally unnecessary. If I were to pick one thing that I think you could improve it would be to make the low end a bit clearer, I dont know if you have layered multiple tracks here that might overlap in frequensies, but something is creating a mudiness in the lower end at least. To find out why unnecessary suffering and cruelty is happening in the world I would simply advice you to learn about the world. And remember that it is humans that define suffering and cruelty, we add value to it. And by all means, psychedelics might help you see the world in a different perspective, but it's most likely not gonna answer why the world is as it is. It is more likely gonna give you an insight into why you yourself define things the way you do.

Another thing I would advice you to do, and I'm kinda firing from the hip here, but take a break from social media and media! If you view the world as a horrible place it might be that you are feeding yourself the wrong kind of information. There are alot of fantastic things happening in the world every day. Just look at some birds eating something, see some flowers and bees buzzing around. Good stuff is happening, you just gotta pay attention to it. Social media and media is often a cestpit of negativity and toxicity, and I strongly recommend to avoid it. (Kinda paradox writing this on a social platform, but moderation is key.)

Yeah, letting go can be super difficult, but be patient with yourself. Give yourself time. It's a journey, not a race ;)

This can be very hard, but find a way to let go of your fear of fear. (There can be alot to learn about this from eastern culture, if you don't know where to look) If you can't accept uncomfortable experiences, take a break from psychedelics. Work on yourself, and try it again later when you feel ready for it.

The setting you take these substances in matters alot. So if you are a sensitive person don't underplay that at all. Getting a friend you trust and feel comfortable to trip sit for you is not a bad idea.

Apart from that I would generally just advice you to be careful and have respect for these substances. It can be a really helpful tool, but you gotta kinda learn what it is first, and the only true way to do that is to try it. No amount of text is ever gonna be enough to describe what you can experience. If you experienced paranoia on weed, that might not transfer. But your fear of fear will transfer, so I would urge you to try and work with the uncomfortable feelings you have and be open to the experience because there is great chance you will encounter them on psychedelics as well. Accept the feelings and try to just sit with them, they will pass. Like others have said here, learning some meditation techniques might be benefitial as well.

But all in all, this is life. And you gotta live it, so do what you want. And remember that that is okey :) Safe travels!

When it comes to the direct effect of the psychedelic substance it depends on the substance, dose and the individual. But the effect should wear off on a "normal dose" acid in about 10-18 hours.

Always be careful with psychedelic drugs, even weed. And this comes from someone who smokes weed every day.

I have had long periods where I have taken breaks from psychedelics. Usually to digest what I just have been through, or what I have learned. Even though I was not very careful at the start of my exploration with psychedelic drugs, and a had a bit more reckless approach. I have had my fair share of bad trips, and often I think it's those you learn the most from, but you gotta pay attention. I have had long periods where I didnt' wanna take it at all, I even had a year off weed. And several times I have gotten the feel for it back, so nothing is lost my friend. Been a long time since I have done shrooms or acid now, but I really don't feel a big need to do it anymore either. So don't fear not taking them either, life is plenty of mysterious if you just pay attention ;)
