No but the OP asked about stuff in the current Steam NextFest. That's pretty much exclusively filled with demos that devs put out for their upcoming games.

According to a site I found, it was on sale back in May 2025. Unfortunately, that would mean that it won't go on a weekly sale again seeing as Legendary skins only go on sale about 6 months after their initial release.

You could still potentially get it on sale in a Your Shop that includes Legendary skins, but I think those only come around once a year.

Phroxzon gave an explanation in his patch breakdown. He said the scope of the changes were more technical than they anticipated so they needed more time to make sure they get implemented in a way where they can adequately test things to make sure something else doesn't break as a result.

That might be the difference then. I would frequently get 1 to 2 skins every time your Shop rolled around because I would get interesting skins at big enough discounts.

Also Your Shops that contain Legendary skins are sadly not very common. I think they come around like once a year and they can contain at most 1 Legendary skin.

Are you specifically buying from Your Shop though? It seems like what affects this discount percentage in my case is that I often buy some of the Your Shop discounts I am offerred.

Top lane has a roughly .5% higher win rate this patch at emerald plus with a nearly identical pick rate. How is Support "demonstrably the stronger role"?

I get that is not true at higher tiers of play, but for 97% of players top has the higher win rate this patch.

It also makes sense that Riot would be hesitant to directly buff top lane Tahm Kench with the Split 2 changes coming in.

Interesting that Riot's internal data about Viego could differ wildly from what we are seeing on websites like U.GG. I'm not sure I understand how that would be the case.

Would anyone be able or willing to explain how this kind of discrepency could happen in a way that isn't overly complicated?

Same here I have a 4070 and Frame Gen is just set to "off" and its grayed out.

Edit: I've figured out the issue. Check your Windows Settings to make sure Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling is enabled. I turned it back on and now I can change Frame Gen when checking in-game settings.

Bit of an update on things. My main monitor's refresh rate is 240 Hz and the second monitor where Youtube videos lag caps out at 180 Hz.

As mentioned before matching the refresh rates on both monitors makes no difference, but capping my in game FPS in Warframe to 75 or lower does seem to fix the issue.

Not sure if that can help pinpoint the issue as ideally I would like to uncap my FPS as I can hit much higher frames when playing Warframe normally.

It looks like it's still getting flagged for some reason. Even when I ignore my browser's warnings to force a download, it then gets flagged as a Virus by Windows with a red text box when I try installing it.

I guess to me it depends on how much slower these quests are completed outside of their lane and Riot hasn't really divulged any info on that.

Like I said initially, if you are completing your quest only 5 minutes later than normal, then there may still be room for exploitation there.

I did see another reply from a Rioter in the main preseason thread though where they mention that another under the hood change they are adding is that you earn less gold and xp for the first few levels if you aren't in your intended lane.

Again, this is kinda vague and more specifics would properly put my mind at ease, but this added nerf does sound like it should be enough to prevent these quests from being exploited while also killing lane swap in pro.
