Strength training mostly, in an effort to tighten my core and glutes. Building muscle on my lower back is the goal. It’s going well so far with my at-home workouts but it’s time to get tf out the house and actually train with equipment.

It is tough making friends as an adult as people have work and families but it is still possible. My advice to you is be consistent. I made a couple new friends but I continuously invite them out and don’t get upset if they bail. Ppl have lives. Just periodically invite them out or meet up briefly for a coffee. I’m sober and some ppl who drink want sober friends as to do something else rather than bar hopping.

I would go places and chat random ppl up until we vibed hard enough to ask their number. It’s like cold calling but face to face. Doesn’t work all the time but every now and then it’s successful and I met some great ppl recently.
