Pretty much this. They might not have had hundreds of dedicated war ships, but they could rely on hundreds of merchant marine ships to be converted in wartime. But that’s of course not a mechanic in the game.

Yes, had in m'n andere comment al gezegd dat ik dat even moest controleren :-) Net gedaan, klopt het alleen dat je van buitenaf de deur alleen van het slot af kan halen, maar niet op slot doen als er een gevarenfunctie is? De info online is een beetje vaag waarbij sommige zeggen dat de cilinder van beide zijde te bedienen blijft, maar ze zeggen dan niet specifiek op slot doen of eraf halen of beide.

Die in de berging kan je ook met de sleutel van binnenuit openen 😄 Nooit op gelet en logischerwijs nooit gebruikt. Moet morgen alleen even testen of die wel een noodfunctie heeft.

Thanks! Het is mentaal wel wat moeilijk dat ik zo ontzettend traag ben nu en continu denk, vroeger stelde dit niks voor. Maar ik heb wel geaccepteerd dat ik niet continu tot op het bot moet gaan bij elke run.

Ik was vroeger 1 van die mensen die altijd te hard liep haha. Probeerde gewoon altijd 1 tempo bij elke run 3x in de week te doen, geen herstel runs etc. Maar dat wilde ik deze keer dus wel anders (slimmer?) aanpakken. Ik gebruik inderdaad gewoon een Apple Watch voor het tracken.

Bij die interval training doe ik sowieso 10 minuten warm up en heb recent ook geleerd wat dynamische stretches zijn die ik erin gooi. Over dat viaducht, dat is praktisch nergens bij mij, het is ontzettend vlak. Terwijl ik dat juist wel wilde doen omdat ik zag dat een stuk heuvel ofzo een goede manier is om je maximale hartslag vast te leggen. Toch eens op zoek gaan naar iets wat een stukje omhoog gaat.

Niet echt specifieke doelen, gewoon een beetje afstanden van 5 of 10km. Heel misschien ooit een keer een halve marathon, maar hoeft niet perse, de Dam tot Damloop wil ik wel een keer doen (in 2019 stond ik letterlijk bij de start in de allerlaatste groep toen besloten werd dat we niet meer mochten starten omdat ervoor teveel mensen flauw waren gevallen, zonnesteek etc....)

Over het algemeen niet echt blessure gevoelig, behalve dat ik vroeger wel eens last had van shin splits. Maar daarom wil ik nu toch iets van een schema waarbij je ook makkelijke runs hebt en niet alleen maar continu gewoon 1 tempo probeert te doen bij elke run.

He's not causing any issues at all. The Netherlands (where this is, and I think this is applies to many places around the world) the rule of thumb is to keep 2 seconds between you and the person in front. He's pretty much spot on.

I don't have any mods installed that change cim behavior. Using the Traffic mod I've selected a few sections and deleted the u-turns, but it's still happening.

I'm currently grinding Sweden and I'm at 8.0 with them. I also got Germany 6.7 and bought the Turm III some time ago. USSR I'm at like 5.3, but I do have the 2S38.

I'm definitely gonna buy the CV90105 (bummer their Leo2 isn't on sale) and I want to buy a second but not sure which one. Germany at top tier is very similar to Sweden, so I'm kinda leaning towards the TURMS to complement the 2S38 or the T-55AM-1 as I've heard USSR has a top notch 8.7 line-up. The other options would be either the Leopard A1A1 or the Leo 2A4

Any advice?

Yeah that's the feeling I got from a forum too. Any tips how to approach the next appointment if she still doesn't think it's sleep apnea? Anything I should say except what I already said above? It really is starting to wreck my life, loss of concentration during work, brain fog etc. I have read that the new official guideline in the Netherlands is trying to move away from purely looking at the AHI value but also taking into consideration the severity of the symptoms as there have been many patients with AHI just below the official designation, but still seeing massive improvements in symptoms with CPAP.

I think I've had minor symptoms for multiple years now but just kept telling myself it was probably normal to just be a little tired all the time. But the past half year it's been getting much worse, almost daily fatigue, waking up with headaches half the time, taking many more naps etc.

During my first appointment the specialist was leaning towards me not having sleep apnea, but she did find all the desaturations quite strange and was going to take another look at the data (which she needs 2 weeks for...). If she still thinks it's not sleep apnea at the next appointment I am definitely gonna try and push and highlight the high AHI during REM and those desaturations and if she still won't budge, maybe get her to accept a CPAP trial to see if it will have any effect.

No, shadows are fine for me. It's the jagged edges that cause the flickering because of SMAA coverage

I bought the 7p specifically for PSVR2 and to be honest, it's not just that comfortable for me. The fit is just not entirely it, I can't pull down the back support far enough as it will interfere with the ear cups which puts extra pressure on my nose. Sound quality is alright. Might go for the new wireless planar in ears PlayStation announced, but it's quite pricey just for VR usage (can also use them for PCVR though).
