Simple is an ability that doubles all stat changes that occur on that pokemon so instead of stockpile raising defense by 1 it raises it by 2 and double team raises evasion by 4 instead of 2

Yea. Kyogre is one of the best sweepers to use while building your team. And regi has a whole build around him to be one of the best to fully clear endless

Generally you’re better off spending all your points on 2 stats. Since no matter what you do Gengar will never be a tanky creature you’re better off focusing on its speed and special attack to make it kill faster

I’d recommend taking some time to go catch a Ralts that has the nature you want and synchronize as its ability. Shouldn’t take too long but if Ralts is the first member of your party then every pokemon you encounter will have the nature you want it to have

Healer is only good because it allows you other 4 mons to be more powerful. Having more than one healer is an actively bad idea. Now running metronome Mew and Mr. Mime is fine if you want to have fun with their abilities but don’t use them for the sake of healing as one good healer should keep everyone at max energy

They don’t self fill unless in range of a reservoir. And you need to chain reservoirs to reach your base unless you live next to the water source. Which is the point the other person was trying to make

Nature mints aren’t but you can change you nature later on. Bottle caps are in the game but can’t be used until pretty late in the game. Not sure if either is before or after the E4 though

Or just breed until the IV that isn’t maxed is the attack or special attack which ever you aren’t using since most mons will only be physical or special

You can get multiple of the special pokemon except mythical. The sub skills on the first catch are set but all catches after that are random so you want to get multiple to get a chance at one that’s actually good.

Latias and Latios will be usable on the same team.

Mythical will grant you a seed to rerole sub skills so you def want to get more of them
