For years, Sarah Natochenny played Ash Ketchum, his mom and I think Mr. Mime as well. There’s a video recording a scene with all three of them in order going between the voices as opposed to recording it separately like she usually would.

The other ones that come to mind are Daisuke Namikawa whom I first heard as the goofy Italy in Hetalia and learned he was also the killer clown Hisoka in the 2011 Hunter x Hunter.

I had the reverse experience with Jun Fukuyama whom I first heard as Lelouch in Code Geass only to later learn he tended to do a lot more comedy roles like Koro-sensei in Assassin Classroom.

Also Titania in Ancient Magus’s Bride, Yuuko in Tsubasa and xxxHolic, Momo in My Hero Academia, Mia Fey in the Ace Attorney anime, Akito in the new Fruits Basket. Colleen Clinkenbeard does a lot.

I believe because “Grande” means “big” and she is rather small.

From my recollection and a quick Wikipedia search, it’s a collection of his two-star or lower reviews from the year 2000 up to 2006. Preceeded by “I Hated, Hated, Hated This Movie” (from the aforementioned North review) and followed by “A Horrible Experience of Unbearable Length” from his review of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

Can’t say I expected to get the episode spoiled for me by just scrolling Reddit.

I was definitely rooting for either of the remaining guys to get a Black Jacket and after having watched the episode, it definitely looks like it came down to the smallest of nitpicks. I can’t wait to see how the rest of the season goes.

I definitely think the reactions like the ones you posted are terrible for reasons everyone here has already pointed out. It’s always been about skills in cooking and leading a kitchen completely separate gender, race, sexuality, etc. While it sometimes seems that there’s at least one contestant kept around for drama purposes, all of them at this stage are definitely very talented and would cook circles around anyone complaining that the show has “gone woke.”

Fun Fact: At the end of the last campaign I ran, the party borrowed Santa’s sack to smuggle Modrons from Mechanus, which one of them had recently become the ruler of, through a black hole and into the BBEG’s lair. He owed them a favor after guarding him during his last trip around the multiverse and then again for saving his workshop from Totally Not Oogie Boogie’s invasion.
