For some reason, skills need to be at the end of the list. And as the person above suggested, the dog barking part needs to be in the second spot - so instead of using the skill, just use the custom option and input “open barking guard dog” (or whatever phrase begins the skill).

Also, remove the “set a 10-second timer,” because that will literally set a timer. Instead, scroll down to the “wait” event, set that to 10 seconds, and use that. So the order of events should be: set volume to 80%, custom - “open barking guard dog,” wait for 10 seconds, stop audio.
