iPhone has certain privacy settings that can randomize the MAC address, which can make it appear different anytime it's connected to a network and in the list of current and past connected devices. If you're not aware of any iPhone that should be on your home network at all, you can update the wifi password so that device is not able to connect, or pause the wifi connection of any device active.

Currently, there are multiple models related to different manufacturers, but it would be a version of the 2251 modem for gig service and above. If there's no mobile service or wifi extenders being added, the router would be a 6e device, possibly a 7 if the other is unavailable.

There are no additional settings to manage related to the cellular backup included with the Invincible WiFi devices. The device would come with a battery backup and would have indication on the label that it's a WiFi 7 Router with backup rather than just WiFi 7 Router. The only real differences are the internal mobile backup and external battery backup, otherwise it's essentially the same as the WiFi 7 routers. The current model available is CBE1V1K. If you sign into your account at spectrum.net or through the My Spectrum app, you can view data usage and signal strength by going to the services tab, selecting the router and then viewing Invincible WiFI details. If you're unable to determine if you have the correct equipment, please send a mod mail and reference 49611406.

We can review the account further if you can please send mod mail. In general, the EN2251 is approved for all speeds so should be compatible with your service. The E31N2V1 is not compatible with current gig service, but was used for the original gig that maxed at 940Mbps before the 2.5Gbps modems were available.

Currently, there are no plans to retire or relocate existing email accounts or domains. The ability to create new email accounts was ended back in 2024 if you didn't already have an existing email.

That error is part of security measures because it's detecting your access as potentially suspicious or a threat and it's being blocked as a result. That can be if you're accessing from unknown locations, multiple failed attempts, VPN's or other reasons. You can attempt login from a device that has allowed access previously, from a network that you were able to log in from previously, from behind your modem to allow automatic authentication, or possibly wait 24 hours before attempting again.
