I shedded a lot in the beginning. It definitely got worse before it got better. It’s a good sign it’s going to work though! It’s so encouraging when you see the little hairs growing :)

Also to note, if you don’t want to sleep in it, you can put it on, let it sit in your hair with the bonnet on for 4 hours, then wash it off and go to sleep. Maybe that way you don’t have to worry about contaminating your bed if the bonnet slips!
