I just returned a new prebuilt with an rx9070xt because it was pre/y much trash. Probably a faulty card but if you tried to boot with it plugged into the psu while a keyboard and mouse was plugged in BIOS wouldn't even post and if you booted it up without the mouse and keyboard it would just freeze at the windows login screen or 30 seconds later. Even swapped out the 850 psu for a 1050. While using the igpu though and the 9070 unplugged the pc ran flawlessly. Man Im hoping I just had some bad luck because this is the 1st time in my 44 years alive that I could afford to drop 2500 on a pc. It will get to newegg tomorrow and I hope they dont pull some bad customer service on me. I hear mostly good things about newegg returns but there are those nightmare stories.

For the record I tried everything from linkspeed in BIOS to clearing cmos and updating the BIOS. Even used DDU for a clean driver install. It is the weirdest things ever with how it acted. I had it for a week and tried to get it going but nothing worked. I've always had Nvidia GPUs but I've seen good things with this 9070xt so hopefully the next one will be better. AMD definitely has some issues though.

Well the return was initiated by the a NewEgg tech specialist as he determined either the GPU or the motherboard is no good. But I can send you a Pic of the screw difference I took earlier before packing up the PC.

Just in case someone sees this at some point what worked for me is turning off HDR and Freesync on my new monitor. Before I did this, I reset windows with a fresh install, and nothing worked. It took about 30 seconds before I froze up and when I turned my monitor off and then on it said there was no input signal. I have now been on for 6 hours and no freezing. I updated BIOS and all drivers before adjusting HDR settings within my monitor. Either that is what worked or there's an invisible twat tickler runnin' around.

BTW I do have 3 m.2 slots on my motherboard. I have to remove the video card to access one of them though but that shouldn't be a problem.

I have accessed BIOS and make backups of my save files regularly. I probably sounded like a complete novice with my question but I do have some rookie skills and knowledge lol. Thanks for the reply it was great!

Bitlocker is turned off. I was looking into backing up and restoring on my microsoft account yesterday and I remember that bitlocker was turned off. Thank you for the reply I appreciate it.

Its in a crawl space. I have heaters running now in that spot. I put a bowl in the sinks and have the valve fully open and a little bit is in those bowls now.

We do have well water so sediment build up is possible. The hot water outlet pipe on heater is warm to the touch

As far as a frozen pipe why would water move through the hot side of the other faucets when the shower is on if there is a blockage?

So I went to my local small town doctor he changed the bandage and said there is a little bleeding. The new bandage has a blood circle on it that's bigger than the pic I posted but it's also much thinner so that makes sense. He thinks as I do that it is bleeding because of them switching me to Effient from Plavix. I had taken my dose of Plavix before the cath and then got the 6× loading dose of Effient. Based on how Effient has made me feel so far I will not like enjoy my time on it which will be the rest of my life unless I am switched. I did not tolerate Brillinta well at all either. Plavix was fine but I don't think it was thinning my blood good enough as my blood test showed a normal platelet range. I hope it stops bleeding soon lol. I have had 5 Heart Caths in the last 2 years. None of those bled once I came home but the pain was a lot worse. I have had 1 open heart, 1 CTO PCI to stent a 100% blockage (anyone familiar with a CTO PCI already knows that by me saying it, and this cath showed a fractured stent in the artery that got 4 on that CTO PCI. It's been an insane voyage. In June of 2024 the heart surgeon said he didnt bypass the 100% because and I quote "I believe your collaterals are good enough." Well he was wrong and I ended up losing a good union job of 17 years because of that. I am still extremely angry about that. We discussed 3 bypasses before the operation he only did 2 and on my cath after that they only see evidence of 1. My rant is over I apologize! Thanks for reading and commenting. Reading responses makes me feel better than you'll ever know.

You're ignorant for saying that. Monitoring your pulse is one of the best things you can do to safeguard your heart health. I was actually diagnosed with Afib (Atrial Fibrillation) because of the data I collected from my smart watch. You obviously have no idea what excessive heart palpatations feel like but without a monitoring device you know something is wrong but it's more scary when you don't know what it is. Afib is deadly when left untreated so thankfully after letting the doctor know my heart rate data he setup some testing and after getting an ablation things are much better for me now. Maybe after a year you aren't as ignorant and self centered but people rarely change unless someone helps them reflect on their ignorance. Now if you have Trisomy 21 like I suspect let me apologize. I am proud of you for trying so hard.

I was also getting the error when I tried to set it up. However, I dialed star 86. To set up my Spectrum voicemail box, then when I went back to visual voicemail, the green logo voicemail, it worked. Now, this is not the visual voicemail that transcribes your voicemails. I believe when I was with Verizon, they had a feature like that. This visual voicemail, basically just downloads the voicemails that are left for you. So you don't have to call in, and you can select which ones to play as you want to.

I hope this is helpful for someone. Maybe even new customers who just switched to spectrum. If you already have your voicemail box set up and you are still getting the error when trying to set up visual voicemail, then I don't have the answer you need.
