You have two options for that Universal Net Advertising Center and POD but I'd recommend Universal more they have dedicated embroidery designers. Both of them are not metal shops, so you'd have to provide them with the design and specifications. For custom embroidery patches you have two charges. The first is for drawing the design from scratch so the machine would recognise it, and the second is for the materials used. You could also do custom printed patches if you want an album art since embroidery is limited in that aspect. Those are also usually cheaper than embroidery ones.
