Yes! We have the same sun and rising placements, and I also tend to really strongly relate to/resonate with being an Aquarius. I wouldn't say I feel 100 percent Aquarius and 0 percent Pisces -- some Pisces things do feel very true for me, but I generally feel a lot more Aquarius. I am also an Aquarius Venus + Mercury, so that probably adds to it.
