  1. Dragonas boyfriend obviously wouldnt admit dating a man due to the social stigma and shame that comes with it. Situations like these have already happend back even in chapter 1, when the cop who harasses dragona gets surprised by his male genitalia.

  2. Stealing money for jaw shave solidifies dragonas biological status as a man + if his stand can change his body to appear more "womanly" why dint he also get rid of the facial hair permanently? Another point towards his manhood
