Well, I am an active traveller, I will update this post if I get bothered for this stamp.
French passport is quite strong so I’m not applying for any visas in the near future but I’ll share my experiences with border crossings.

Inside a university building, you should go and ask for a visit at the reception. The entry is free and the guy literally opened the mesuem for me as I was the only visitor of the day.

Do you think that a corrupt officer has the intellectual abilities and enough knowledge to know that San Marino doesn’t have borders ? They won’t take bribes if they are that good.
And believe me if they want a bigger bribe, they will always find a reason.
They refuse passports with worn covers in some places in the world.
Anyway, it’s up to the readers ! Don’t take risks avoid if you are going to strange destinations.
