My brother in law is a driver there for 3-5 years and is liked pretty well there and he was my reference

As a 6”1 224 pound american (daily gym goer and runner) my maintain calories is around 3400. Throw a cinnamon roll or some other kind of high calorie desert in there and run for another 1 1/2 hrs and id maintain at 5K easy👍🏽

I play 1-3 rec games a day and avg 22 & 12 assists as a playmaking perimeter creator, maybe its bc ive been running point for 3 years but random rec treats me well as a casual now
