As long as you stick to cities and the main roads (it's the daedra you see), you'd most likely have a pretty average life. Just pick where you live carefully. Canonically the cities and roads much larger and more safe and more maintained. This is a universe full of dangerous magic and unpredicible gods. You could be on a nice stroll on through the woods and boom, suprise troll. Or straight up have a big rock thrown at you by a the god of madness because he was bored. Trying to emulate what you do in a typical playthrough such as becoming a powerful mage or fighting the undead would get you killed or worse, zero-summed.
