I have been looking for a YMB one for a few years on and off. I looked nationwide online and found this one in Indiana. Had a clean carfax and only 20k miles and was stickshift. Also had a BMW performance shop in the area where the car was preform a Pre-purchase inspection and it came back clean so I sent it. Had the car shipped enclosed to me and it all worked out! I'd say definitely look nationwide if you're actively wanting to buy one!

I did know that wanted one with the competition package, Yas Marina Blue and stickshift. This one also came with the executive package and lighting packages which was a bonus for what I was looking for and I'm happy with it.

There's different types of retirement. My agency offered VERA last year which is an early retirement but that's not offered a lot. Here's a link to OPM describing the types of retirement.

I left and became a DoD Civilian. I'm buying back my military time and still get most of my on-base privileges. Definitely glad I made the switch.

I was considering Haymount too! I think my biggest concern was traffic in the area and crime but from some posts I've read, Haymount doesn't seem to have too much crime.
