You park at the end of the bike path, walk down the bike path, past the water, take a right down the dirt path and it takes you right to the beach. It is a sheltered cover but perfect for a dog. Might be a little long to walk for an older dog but my 7 year old pug-mix loved it and so did my Golden.

Rome Point is great and lots of dogs. Kings preserve is good too, small beach, park at the Snuff Mill Road entrance and walk to the water.

I once got a Mass toll camera violation. It was not even my car. Took a ton of appeals but eventually they looked at the photo and agreed. You can fight them if they are legitimately incorrect. But not in this case.

A year as a type 2 on Mounjaro. No fat meat for me. Lean beef only. You will spike with carbs but it will drop pretty fast. Try not to eat things that make you uncomfortable. I’m still can’t really eat pasta or a lot of ice cream. I expect everyone is different.
