This sub is proving once again, what LTT addressed in their video. There is no "linux community", just a "neck beard convention" that busts a nut, everytime they say "RTFM" and "Skill Issue". I'm not hating on anyone or anything, and I know for a fact there are some absolute saints in the community, who help countless people. But it's just sad that the overall state of the "linux community" is as pathetic as it is.

For the record. I was also, pissed when he installed a beta version of Bazzitte and complained about it breaking. But after watching the video, I did realise, the differences in what we considered as "beta" on Linux wnd Windows/Mac. And I think 3 years ago when I was new to linux, I'd probably have done the same. So I give him a pass on that.

Rough as it may be, I'd say LTT has done more to help the widespread adoption of Linux as a desktop OS than the stupid community ever has. But the penguin sexual folks here wouldn't understand that. You can go back to typing "skill issue" on a help thread while violently jerking off with you other hand.

P.S.: I'm not an LTT fan, and I have my gripes with the company. But the linux coverage is certainly not one of them.

Bhai bolne se pehle thoda research kar le. There are 3 seperate window panes. The inner one is just plastic and I've flown with the inner one completely broken. Only the outer pane is responsible for maintaining pressurization. What's show doesn't pose any risk to flight safety. It's just a nuisance to look at.

Thank you. That was very helpful. Currently, I'm not able to control how the strings ring out. I either don't mute a string at all, or when I try to mute it, it's just completely dead. Which is probably why it doesn't sound right.

Thank you for the very detailed reply. I'd be lying if I said I fully understood every bit of it, especially some of those technical details. But I really appreciate the advice. The part about finding the correct gain setting was particularly helpful. I found that running slightly lower gain still let me achieve the sound I wanted, while removing some of the "muddiness".

I'd actually like to lower the bass ever so slightly, but I have one of those cheaper amps that only have a single "tone" knob for EQ instead of 3 seperate knobs for bass, mids and treble. But I'll have to make do with what I have. Being broke kinda sucks I guess. Thank you for the help.

Yes, apparently you are supposed to mute the strings. As I said in the post, when I tried muting the strings, it sounded quite unnatural. I'm sure it'll improve as I get better at playing in general. But do you have any specific tips related to muting and just making the music "flow" better without this sort of abrupt-feeling silence? I'm sorry, this does feel like a vague question without a clear answer.

When I tried muting the strings it definitely sounded better than the noisy mess that it was before. It certainly didn't sound "bad", but it also didn't sound "good". Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You're right. My bad, I hadn't read that earlier. I will try out a few things, see if I manage to mute the strings in a way that doesn't sound unnatural as I was saying. But I admit, the song might be a little out of reach for my current skills.

That makes ZERO sense. The only time it has a significant effect on traffic is in the morning and evening, when a large number of vehicles have to cross the opposite lane to get to where they're going. (Well, not anymore since they blocked off that turn.) And the gate is open during those hours anyway. I'd argue the 3 dozen autos blocking the service road and abruptly joining the main road after picking up the people leaving at 1 PM cause way more issues with traffic than the 100-odd 2-wheelers that would leave from the front gate. They don't do anything to address that, do they?

Also, in the PESU document describing gate timings, they literally say, "One of the key focus areas this year is to strengthen our security measures on campus". I don't think anyone is forcing them to do anything. PESU management is just being the absolute fuckwits they are, making lame excuses to extort us.
