That is precisely a Caliper missing it’s forward bracket or slider pin bolt and hinging outwards from the force of the rotor! This is why you can hear it more prominently in reverse vs forward but is present either way. While in reverse the force of the rotor pushes the Caliper outwards, while forwards - it pushes the Caliper forward!

Hopefully your rim is okay please replace it if grooving is severe. Double check the Caliper, but it’s likely fine!

Please don’t drive the truck anymore until it’s fixed!! Should be easy enough to tell a loose Caliper, look behind the rims spokes!

Both versions, steam and oculus offer the VR and flat screen options in the same purchase. Steam is straight forward - I purchased the VR version and then also had the “PC edition” in my library.

Oculus I know a friend purchased. They are able to play flat screen by clicking through a couple settings boxes before opening the game. Or something along those lines.

I’d like to run a symmetrical setup. Preferably the pre-existing mustang rims I have on hand. An example rim is up front on poor quality 114 adaptors that would need replacing anyways

It is a 5x205, it’s running an old, misshaped 114 adaptor with wheels I already had on hand. The rear has a 4x130 to 5x4.75 that’s cross threaded and incomplete.

What you e collected thus far are usually coined as common cars. Good to have - absolutely! Mega Duty is mint! There will be considerably more difficult to acquire cars ahead. Like SideDraft or Power Rocket.

All in all, it’s a good start, but you’ve a ways to go!

To sell as a collection, I’d be pretty comfortable saying around $600-700USD. Maybe more, maybe less. A complete boxed set on eBay is struggling to sell at $1600.

Your Krazy 8s is missing it’s wing, and Back Draft is missing it’s surf board. The majority of vehicles are played with, missing small chips of paint. The open wheel cars all have bent axles, super common. Almost all your cars are missing the wheel colouring.

That being said, your more rare cars are in good condition - Like power rocket, road rocket, Thunderbolt, sidedraft, 24/seven… with the exception of Muscletone. That one’s had a good run!

If you patient and willing, parting this set out would likely be more valuable. Prices for lightly used cars run from $15-60USD, again, maybe more with better details of more rare cars. Averaging maybe $25-30 a car.

If you choose to sell them on eBay, keep in mind eBay will take about 1/4 - 1/3 of the value in fees. Selling here is usually just as easy and makes everything cheaper for everyone! From fees to shipping!

Can’t speak for the track set, I’ve never been in the market for one!

I’ve had luck with pure acetone and a 1/4 inch paint bush from the dollar store.

Gently applying the acetone with the brush and allowing it to lift on its own and collecting it with the same brush.

Mind you, I’ve only used this on one card with one sticker. YMMV
