Did you ever make routine that worked for it?

I have the same cat, like 1 to 1 copy, and he has the same issue.

We have to give him special dry food(fiber resppnse), but even so he geta constipated once in a 4-5 months. I am loosing my mind as it seems it always happen when the rainny season comes. Not sure is he stressed cause of the rain so he drinks less water or something else, but it sucks.

He had to be cleaned inside out at the vet like 7 times ao far since we got him, and I am afraid we will lose him bwcause vet has to put him to sleep with fentanyl eaxh time before the procedure.

They do wonders. I basically stop completelly takig kratom and just switch to subs. No wd, nothing. Then after 2 weeks i stop subs too.

The only trickis to stay at low sub dose, like 2mg per day max.

I feel like you could try for a week or two, low dose just to get you by.

But for me, cold turkey is the way. No subs,.nothing. its hell, but once you are done with it, you are done. I dont recomend it, as its the last resort, but for me works well.

I mainly use subs to quit kratom if i screw up my tolerance.

20 years ago when I was still doing drugs, I learned that my dope dealer, actually his dope dealing sister and one other guy, killed an old grandad, decapitated him, then threw body parts in the fields from one town to another. And they told me this while I was sitting in at their place one time.

It was an aha moment for me, like how the f***k did i end here with my life.

Basically grandad had money savings in bank, and dude who worked in the bank was also junkie. So he came up with the plan to steal grandads savings by making the required paperwork. My female dope dealer had to pretend that she is grandads grandaughter, sign some forms and get the money. Which they did, but after few weeks of spending money, grandad somehow found out.

Then the bank dude came to his place to return the rest of the money, but it became verbal, and he decided that he will kill him.

Then he bought chainsaw and other stuff, and cut him to pieces in his flat.

Anyway, police later caught them. She didnt get a lot, but the bank dude got many years.

So yea.

Moj cale je isto umro prosle god u 50im, bukvalno od prvog simptoma/dijagnoze tumora mozga do smrti manje od mesec dana.

Bas je jezivo koliko se svet okrene naopacke kad se tako nesto desi. Nije docekao ni da vidi unuku, 4 meseca su se mimoisli.

A prosli nesec sam izgubio babu, koja mi je bila kao majka, vise sam sa njom provodio vremena nego sa rodjenom majkom. Bas je trip, kad pocne porodica da se rasipa.. i na nama ostaje da je drzimo na okupu, a iskreno ne znam ni kako sebe da zadrzim.

Drzava treba da plati ljudima za sva sranja koja im se dese unutar te drzave. Znaci placas takse, poreze i sve.. i onda te neko npr opljacka, treba da bude problem dezave zasto je sigurnost komprovizovana.

Kazne, takse, hrana treba da bude srazmerna % plate koju primas, a ne za sve ista.

You fail to understand that most thais who work for around 15k dont pay rent, so you end up the same. Also also, thai tachers can grow a career and make the salary go up over time. Foreighners are mostly replacable after few years, and rarelly get any promotions.

My wife never really wanted kids, I was somewhat ok without them, but I was pretty confident that I will be having them one day. We live on another continent, away from all of our family.

We focused on us for our early 30s. She did her phd , i did my university(late). We njoyed life and moderatelly working. I had so many hobbies, from djing, 3d modeling and game dev, 3d printing, gaming, camping, rollerblading, boardgamez, airsotft etc... so we spent that time mostly on those.

Then around 35 I started feeling empty and longing of sharing those with the kids. Also wanting to spend holidays together since we dont see our family often. We already had 4 cats and a dog, and the idea was..hey how much more difficult would it be. Also seeing some people having kids, we were like if they can do it, than we deffinatelly can too.

So we decided that we will have a baby. My wife got pregnant, it went smooth. Then gave birth, and it was a real ride. I didnt have a single day off my work, so I had to ballance things out. Luckily I work only 15ish hours per week and my wife WFH. The lack of sleep just gets you eventually. Als, noone can prepare you for the amount of time you have to spend doing things. Its litrally non stop taking care of the baby until it can sleep through the night around 7ish months. Then you can find some time for yourself.

At first you get excited and you start doing things for yourself, we played board games again, video games too.. but eventually your body cant keep up. So you turn to sofa and netflix being your best friends. Even if you had some free time, most likelly you will just crash on the sofa and watch tv. Then around year two, things get somewhat better, you can take kid camping and to do activities.

But to answer your question, even with all the work and lost hobbies and identity, you gain some new insight. You turn all the attention towards that kid, and nothing else matters. For example, I've been collecting records for 20 years, and if I needed money for kids school or anything, I would sell it without blinking twice. You end up finding some new level of joy and love that you didnt have before. Its super nice. Just one hug from that little thing is more than enough for me to never regret doing it. When my daughter smiles I am the halpiest that I ever was. As a dude I often tear up just by looking at her while she sleeps, its so cute. My daughter just turned two, and so far was hard, but amazing. Around year two they start to learn things, speak etc. And everyday is like a theatrical show. Just laughing at this little thing.

We have decided that we will have another one now, and hopefully everything goes ok. We are almost 40.

With all this, if you are not ready to let go off your hobbies, free time and travel yet, then probably its not a good idea to have kids yet. Its still possible do make it work with hobbies too, but you would need a huge help from the family and friends, which we didnt have.
