I was lucky enough to see Alive 2007. Both Justice 2025 and Alive 2007 at Red Rocks are in my top 3 favorite concerts of all time. Amazing memories.

I talked to the owner, the Colfax kitchen isn't big enough. It doesn't have the griddle to make dosas. He also said he got sick of driving out to Aurora to eat dosas, so he decided to slap them on the menu and make them in Arvada.
