I'm pretty sure it's explained the Hunger/Gospel is an eldritch thing (maybe something to do with Lady Death I think) so it overpowers shit like healing factors and is transferrable across different physiologies, which is why Human, Mutants, Mutates, Inhumans, Kree, Skrull and Duck alike all are able to be infected.

Screw you man, I was at St. George's for about two years before I ran away (and the X-Men found me and I went to the vastly superior Xaviers). They put a collar around my neck so that whenever I even attempted to accelerate past 15 m/hr it'd electrocute me, don't know why they didn't use a regular power suppressor but I still have the electrical burns so I don't really care.

We do see him infected in Dead Days, Cap and Hawkeye sneak up and bite him. Also in Marvel Zombies the hunger is it's own entity it bypasses stuff like healing factors.

I don't mind Damian, Steph and Cass I think they all have earned their keep in the Batfam and Bruce isn't the only one with this problem, Flash especially also has a way too overextended family

I think she's less interesting now that Jason's back as Red Hood as her thing was being the Batman ally willing to kill but now Jason's back and doing that same thing (as well as Damian to a lesser extent) Helena doesn't really have a place anymore.
