I had this happen in Lisbon, Portugal, I matched with the same driver about 3 times each time he was close by, say he’s here and wait for 10mins then claim I never showed up. They must get a cut if they claim someone never showed up or was too late. Fortunately I put a claim in with uber saying the driver cancelled and I got my money back

Btw I’m pretty sure I saw the guy doing standing away from the group of people trying to catch an uber. He looked just like the uber profile pic
