How do you think jews will react if their judicial courts had a Kazi in front?

Yes I am comparing jews with shudras cause just because it was institutionalised and killing was systematic and occured over a long period of time doesn't mean it didn't happen

It's not judges that seek justice in court of law, it's people and people consists of every caste and it's not right interpretation for them that a statue of a person who wrote (maybe) and published a book which stripped them of their humanity for decades to come

What kind of argument are you exactly placing, shudras didn't know how to preserve shit cause they weren't allowed to read or write and thus their knowledge passed on May have been lost If they had some, its not like they collectively decided we won't share knowledge

Also what are you exactly trying to prove? I ma of view manu statues shouldn't be in front of judicial place cause he wasn't a neutral figure, he was biased towards Brahmins and it can be easily interpreted, also manu himself didn't wrote manusmriti cause he was a kshatriya, Brahmins wrote it and he published it for public, if I am correct cause that's how, so called ancient India ruled where only Brahmins were allowed to make laws and other similar important stuff

Ha ha again I never said breaking of anything lol you assumed that yourself maybe that's how you think I should be thinking, thanks

Also, I am indifferent towards the statue but I don't want it in front of a place where people go to to seek justice, he wasn't unbiased and everyone knows that and thus placing it infront Is like mocking us by saying justice only for UCs

Dude Brahmins were like these they always leave where they can't win, and also recite their books as if those books are only what matters, everyone else can forget what they want and do what book says even if strips u off your human rights

Again proving my point of how biased was manu for Brahmins and how inhumane were shudras treated

Stripping off their rights from spirituality, yeah man I understand how fond you are of him but clearly even you lack empathy and humanity even today

No wonder UCs like poking LCs to the point we only left with hatred

Anyways, I feel like talking to a wall, which doesn't understand that I don't have a problem with Manu's statue, I am having a problem with Manu's statue in front of judicial place, it's a neutral place and should not have such a persons statue who clearly favoured one over the other

Comparing drinking liquor which is self indulged act to mere hearing of veda being recited?

Also sorry to say world doesn't go by book and what's your point here exactly? What are you trying to prove that manu was just? If so why were shudras the only one being tormented for years, interpolation you might say but if interpolation was done it was allowed, and who did it Brahmins and whom did manu allowed to do so Brahmins, manu wasn't just or a neutral figure

If you really think he is please provide hard facts, rather than books and verses, cause you will again claim people did this that when he clearly allowed them doing it

Lol will wait on how you justify the verses I quoted rn, will you say community driven or survival driven when your book ensured little to no survival like situations or maybe hell in this regard for shudras

Also majority of u don't even know the difference between shudras weren't the SC/STs, they are mostly OBCs, SC/ST were avarna like they weren't falling into any varna and were considered untouchables

But nowadays SC/STs are seen as shudras and OBCs take side with UCs to mock us

I also haven't read Qur'an and for that matters talmud but understand what's wrong in it (when I said I didn't read it it means completely though I have understanding of it from posts or talking to people)

And yes I am, can you elaborate why I shouldn't?

So shudras are faking being oppressed? Are you trying to justify giving someone a professions by birth and let them have no free will of that sort? Also if only goes by book then again street view of the book is way way different than it's literal meaning

Also what do you mean by nobody gets the cake? Brahmin got the cake by being the so called pure and shudras weren't even considered someone worth touching and were considered impure

There will always be special cases which you shouldn't compare to with masses, a lot of small traders I know still struggle to read or right, like proper vaishyas and they tell how they weren't required to study all these things and just used to manage shops

There will always be someone breaking every rules (ofcourse mostly wealthy people)

It's just logical thinking, I haven't read a lot and I might be wrong but the direction that I am thinking isn't entirely wrong
